As you enter Barefoot Bungalow you are instantly greeted by the bright and upscale design of the home. The first of 2 bedrooms is on the left hand side. This bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king bed, a flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom. The full bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or through the foyer hallway and has a luxurious tiled shower.

Continue down the hallway to enter the incredible open living space. Kitchen, dining and living room all flow into one for a great, modern space. Enjoy cooking dinner in a fully equipped kitchen with tray ceilings, high end appliances and a dedicated coffee bar. Grab breakfast at the three peninsula bar stools or enjoy a meal on the dining table that seats 6. Just off the dining table as well as off the coffee bar are sliders that lead out to the private yard. The living room is set a few steps below the dining with a large sectional sofa. Enjoy watching TV or spending time with loved ones in this bright open space. The ceiling is vaulted with high luxurious wood planks and a second sofa is available with a queen sleeper to fit additional guests.

Find the master suite just off the foyer hallway to truly experience the luxury of this home. With a king bed, beautiful wood planked ceilings and a private master bathroom, this suite is sure to please. Exit through sliding doors to a small sitting area outside to enjoy the nature that Sea Pines has to offer. Enjoy the private master bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower.

If you're wondering if I saved the best for last, it's because I did. Exit through the dining or coffee station to enjoy the truly peaceful oasis that this yard has to offer. With a private pool surrounded by potted plants and great loungers, it's the perfect spot to hang out. Heat the pool for an additional charge. When you're finished swimming just hop in the above ground spa located right behind the pool. The spa is always heated to perfection and ready to go. On the far side of the pool is an outdoor grill and table to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Finally, there is a large outdoor seating area complete with couches, chairs, cushions, a fire pit, and a large umbrella to escape the sun. This seating area is truly resort like.  The yard is fully fenced, giving you peace of mind that your furry friends won't escape.

Barefoot Bungalow is a great location within Sea Pines, located in Lawton Woods. There's no need to leave this incredible oasis but should you want to venture to the beach, it's only 0.8 mile bike ride. Rent bikes directly from Beachside to have them delivered to your front door upon arrival. Venture the other direction out of the house and you're only 0.5 mile from Lawton Stables where you can enjoy horseback riding.

Where is Barefoot Bungalow located?

Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables, PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches, two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us to have them delivered to your rental upon arrival. Sea Pines (the neighborhood) has a free trolley that runs throughout the summer as well (you'll need to view the trolley schedule online). Each reservation includes a complimentary car pass into Sea Pines and more can be purchased through Beachside HHI directly.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased.  Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property.  Parking is available for 3 vehicles, one under a carport for this home.
