As you drive up the driveway, a front archway leads you to the private pool and spa, available for heating at an additional charge to kick-start your vacation in style. Upon entering through the grand front door, the first of two living spaces greet you with a breathtaking panoramic view of the backyard, lagoon, and the 18th fairway of Atlantic Dunes golf course.
 
This expansive house unfolds with two distinct sides. To the left, a powder room precedes a hallway leading to the spacious primary suite. This secluded haven boasts vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a large TV, and a desk area overlooking the scenic backyard lagoon. The primary suite's luxurious bathroom features a soaking tub, flat flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and an enclosed glass shower.
 
Turning right at the entrance, the larger of the two living rooms awaits, complete with a large TV, ample seating, and panoramic views of the backyard, lagoon, and 18th fairway. This open-concept living space seamlessly connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen, making it an ideal layout for a rental. The dining table seats eight, while the kitchen bar offers four barstools, and an additional large table overlooking the pool, spa, and courtyard accommodates six more. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for any meal preparation.
 
Continuing past the kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer precedes a hallway leading to the final four bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the left side each feature private bathrooms, queen beds, and TVs. A staircase leads to the last two secluded bedrooms upstairs—a bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV.  The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds that are convertible to a king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The house also includes a spacious garage and ample driveway space that can accommodate 5 cars.

Beach & Bunkers is located in the gated community of Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre community located on Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses 15 miles of private bike trails, a forest preserve, horse stables (1.9 miles away), multiple championship golf courses, including Atlantic Dunes and Harbor Town Golf Links (home of the PGA Tour’s Annual RBC Heritage tournament, beautiful sandy beaches (<5 minute walk away), two marinas, many shops and dining/entertainment venues. Amongst the most well-known areas are Harbour Town Marina (3.4 miles away) with its famed lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3 miles away) with the legendary Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with 5 miles of beach for one gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly). There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us.  Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 5 vehicles at Beach & Bunkers.

Note: The pool & spa can be heated for an additional fee. The spa can be heated individually as well. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The heater for Beach & Bunkers is propane.
