Bikes, Beach Gear, Baby Gear, and Parking Passes

Let’s get started with your stay dates!

We’ll use your arrival and departure dates to calculate pricing based on the length of your visit. The prices you’ll see are for your entire stay, not per night.

You’ll need to provide your name, email, and reservation number to submit the form — but to browse or build a quote, all you really need to start is your check-in and check-out date.

If you’re not sure about your reservation number, no worries — just enter your name and dates as they appear on the booking. We can usually find your reservation, but entering the actual number definitely helps us process things faster.

Orders must be submitted 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to allow for processing and scheduling. We will try to accommodate late orders but they are not guaranteed. You won’t be charged if we cannot fulfill the order.

Bike Rentals

Explore Hilton Head the fun way! Here’s what to know when adding bikes to your reservation:

• Pricing covers your entire stay, based on the dates you entered above — no nightly fees.
• Delivery happens by sunset on your arrival day. We’ll text you the lock code when the bikes arrive.
• To guarantee delivery, please order at least 48 hours in advance.

Gate Pass Vouchers

Sea Pines is a gated community, and one gate pass is included with your reservation. If you need more, you can purchase additional passes through us for $19 per 7-day period — a little less than at the Sea Pines gate ($20–$22). Credit cards are accepted at the gate with a 3.95% surcharge.

Parking is limited to hardscaped areas at each home. This form doesn’t know how many spots are available at your specific property. If you’ll have more cars than your home can accommodate, you’re welcome to use the overflow parking lot at the Sea Pines entrance.

Gate pass vouchers are not mailed. You’ll pick yours up from the lockbox in front of our office on the day of your arrival.

We offer a small selection of baby gear to make traveling with little ones a little easier. All items are delivered and set up for you before you arrive — just let us know what you need!

Available items include:

• Full-size cribs
• Pack-n-Plays
• High chairs

If you’re requesting a crib or Pack-n-Play, feel free to tell us your preferred setup location using the special requests section near the bottom of this form.

Beach gear is delivered to your home before check-in on your arrival day — so it’s ready and waiting when you are.

Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll charge your card on file and send a confirmation email with all the details. You can expect a response by the next business day.

Airbnb guests: If you booked through Airbnb, we’ll send a payment request via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Keep an eye out for that shortly after your order is confirmed.
