Welcome to Coconut Cabana, your tropical haven for a memorable short-term rental experience in Hilton Head! As you pull up, a long driveway with a convenient carport sets the stage for your arrival. Open the gate and step into a private garden oasis that surrounds the property, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Upon entering through the front door, you'll find yourself in a foyer that leads you to two distinct sides of this charming ranch style retreat. Venture to the right, and you'll discover the living room adorned with cozy southern decor, featuring a large smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. A slider leads to the backyard, providing easy access to the outdoor retreat. Continue to the dining room with sliders opening to the back door, creating a seamless connection to the outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small table for four, ensures all your culinary needs are met. A laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, is conveniently attached to the kitchen.

On this side of the house, a guest bedroom awaits with a king bed, smart TV, and a private attached bathroom featuring a shower/bathtub combination. A door from this bedroom leads to the front garden, adding a touch of nature to your stay.

Alternatively, turn left upon entering the house to find a full hallway bathroom with a standing glass shower. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, smart TV, and a large private attached bathroom. A door from the primary bedroom leads to the backyard. The spacious master bathroom features dual vanities and a standing shower. The final bedroom on this side of the house features two twin beds and a door leading to the front garden.

The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a private cabana with string lights, a large smart TV, and a beverage refrigerator – the perfect space to gather with family and friends. The private pool, which can be heated for an additional charge, is surrounded by loungers, a table for meals, a grill, and a solo stove, providing an ideal setting for outdoor enjoyment. Where is Coconut Cabana located?

Coconut Cabana is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (2.4 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (0.6 miles to the nearest beach path - the perfect bike ride), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (1.7 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (1.9 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Coconut Cabana upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Coconut Cabana.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Coconut Cabana is propane.

Note: The first pet is subject to a pet fee of $50 per night (up to $350 max), plus tax. You may bring an additional pet for $15 per night (up to $100 max), plus tax.  More than two pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; please contact us before booking.
