Welcome to Serenity by the Sea, your ideal coastal getaway for a memorable short-term rental experience. This pet-friendly 3-bedroom ranch offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. As you pull into the driveway, you'll find ample parking space, including two spots in the side yard, ensuring a stress-free arrival.

Step into the foyer, where the coastal decor instantly sets the tone for your beach retreat. Convenient hooks for towels and cubbies for sandals allow you to effortlessly transition into the cozy ranch atmosphere. The foyer serves as the central hub, providing easy access to various areas of the house.

To your left, the spacious living room beckons, boasting two couches, two large chairs, and a central fireplace (for decor only). A large smart TV, abundant lighting, and large windows overlooking the pool create a welcoming space. A dedicated workspace in the corner ensures you can comfortably attend to any work or leisure needs.

The kitchen and dining area, combined for family convenience, are fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials. Ample counter space allows for easy meal preparation, and the dining table, adorned with a gorgeous beaded chandelier, seats eight. A door leads from the dining area to the backyard pool, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

Down the main hallway, you'll find a closet housing side-by-side washer and dryer units for your convenience. The first guest bedroom welcomes you with two queen beds, a smart TV, and a private attached bathroom featuring a shower-bathtub combination and a walk-in closet.

The second guest bedroom boasts a queen bed, nautical decor, and another smart TV. Across the hall, a well-appointed hallway bathroom with a glass shower caters to the needs of guests.

At the end of the hallway awaits the primary suite, featuring a king bed, smart TV, and private attached bathroom accessible through large barn doors. The primary bathroom suite indulges with dual vanities and a luxurious glass shower.

Step into the backyard, fully fenced for your pet's enjoyment, where an 18x11 ft pool awaits. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, and loungers and a table with chairs invite you to relax and savor the outdoor space. Where is Serenity by the Sea located?

Serenity by the Sea is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities (Serenity by the Sea is in a private community called Lawton Woods), a forest preserve, horse stables (0.9 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (0.8 miles to the nearest beach path - the perfect bike ride), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (2.3 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.8 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Serenity by the Sea.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Serenity by the Sea is propane.

Note: The first pet is subject to a pet fee of $50 per night (up to $350 max), plus tax. You may bring an additional pet for $15 per night (up to $100 max), plus tax.  More than two pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; please contact us before booking.

Payment and Cancellation Terms: 50% due at signing, balance due 60 days before arrival. Reservation is fully refundable 61 days before arrival.  Non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
