Welcome to Fairway Oasis, a stunning short-term rental located in the heart of Sea Pines, Hilton Head. As you step through the front door, you are instantly welcomed by the beauty that defines this home. The great room, just beyond the entrance, captivates with a gorgeous white brick fireplace at the center of a vaulted ceiling, adorned with a mounted TV. Southern coastal furniture graces the living room, offering ample space for everyone to gather and unwind. The true highlight of the great room is the expansive glass sliders along the entire backside, providing breathtaking views of the Heron Point golf course.

The main floor is a haven of luxury, featuring a powder room, a dining room that seats eight, and a large gourmet kitchen. Equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a wine refrigerator, the kitchen also boasts three additional bar stools at the counter. Just beyond the kitchen, a cozy sitting area surrounded by windows offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The convenience of a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, adds to the functionality of the main floor. Off the dining room, a screened-in porch with seating and a table beckons you to enjoy the serene outdoors, leading to the inviting pool in the backyard.

The first floor is also home to two bedrooms, including the expansive primary suite with a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom is a retreat in itself, featuring a large bathtub, standing glass shower, and a walk-in closet. A sliding door leads from the primary suite to the backyard. The second bedroom on this floor offers two twin beds, a TV, and a private attached bathroom with a shower. The twin beds can be pushed together as a king if requested.

Venture upstairs to discover the final three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms boast a king bed, a queen bed, and each has its own TV. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a glass shower. The third bedroom on this floor features a queen bed, a twin sofa bed, and a private attached bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.

Both the pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, with the propane pool heater offering warmth for a relaxing experience. Where is Fairway Oasis located?

Fairway Oasis is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (1.6 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (1.7 miles to the Sea Pines Beach Club - the perfect bike ride), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (0.4 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.7 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Fairway Oasis upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 5 vehicles at Fairway Oasis.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Fairway Oasis is propane.
