"Kahuna Cove" is stellar home inside & out making it hard to decide where to start with the highlights. Typically, our descriptions are walking tours beginning at the front door through the inside and then to the backyard...but not for "Kahuna Cove".  Instead, we are jumping directly to the backyard oasis since we are confident this is where you will spend the majority of your time.   The backyard at Kahuna Cove is spectacular and is the highlight of this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ranch-style home located on a desirable street in Sea Pines.  

Large inviting pool & spa...check!  Firepit...check! Natural path from backyard to Sea Pines leisure trail for a quick walk or ride to the beach or marina....check!  Private outdoor cabana/bar with stereo, built-in grill, under counter fridge, TV and bar stools...check, check, check!  Need I say more?   Now that I have your attention, let's step back to the beginning. 

Kahuna Cove is located on a premier street in Sea Pines centrally located with easy access to Harbour Town Marina, the beach, and South Beach marina.   This designer decorated home received all new interior paint & furnishings in 2021 using a calm, coastal motif perfect for enjoying high-end comfort & relaxation during your Hilton Head Island escape.  For ultimate comfort, all three spacious bedrooms offer king-size beds and their own bathroom. The bedrooms are positioned on the left side of the home, the main living room and dining area in the center, and the second sitting area, private office, and kitchen on the right.  

Kahuna Cove offers multiple indoor sitting areas as well as an office with 2 built-in desks and bookshelves.  The color palate throughout the home is a calming, restorative color selection.  Additionally the home was beautifully furnished and decorated by a local, professional interior designer.  Kahuna Cove is the ideal location for guests looking for a large selection of spaces to enjoy.  One can enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the outside bar or a dip in the pool, connect with family or friends while lounging in the living room, sneaking away to read a book in the den or find productivity when using the home office space.  Another feature of Kahuna Cove is the multiple dining areas.  Choose from the high-top table for two in the kitchen side eating nook, the dining table with seating for 8 or the covered outside table overlooking the pool, or the cabana bar with 5 stools.
