The famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is serving up some pickleball fun on its U.S. regulation-grade pickleball courts. The courts are open during weekends from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM for both guests and visitors of the resort.
Palmetto Dunes holds regular clinics, round-robins, and free plays. Don’t sweat it if you happen to leave your gear at home; the resort has a pickleball and tennis store.
Open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the South Beach Racket Club’s pickleball courts is famous for its competition-grade courts and the clinics held on them.
The club holds regular clinics from Mondays to Fridays tailored to any skill level.

The Hilton Head Island Rec Center lowers the tennis court nets to the exact standards of the USA Pickleball. The Hilton Head Island Rec Center also provides demarcations to designate legal playing areas.
The pickleball courts are available from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Because of the rec center’s rules, you’ll have to book ahead of your planned games.
The Hilton Head Island Pickleball Club hosts events like games and lessons at the Hilton Head Island Recreation Center. Consider signing up if you want to compete or take your skills to the next level!
The Sea Pines Racquet Club has six pickleball courts, each following regulation dimensions. The courts are also outdoor and have clay surfaces. If you’ve got pre-existing knee or ankle issues, the surfaces of the courts will be a godsend.
The Sea Pines Racquet Club holds pickleball clinics for all skill levels. Those on vacation at the resort and guests can play for a fee from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
The club’s outdoor pickleball courts follow USA Pickleball’s regulations for outdoor courts. The courts have everything to give you a competition-grade pickleball experience — from the nets to the dimensions.
Open all day, the Long Cove Club’s courts are the place to be for a pickleball experience amidst the pine and palmetto. At the time of writing, the club doesn’t offer clinics.
