Please contact us to add on pool or spa heat for stays over 17 days in duration.

Pool heat fees are determined based on the pool size, month of travel, and pool heater type.

If you pay for pool heat, the pool will be heated to 86 degrees upon your arrival.

If your home has a spa, you can pay to heat just the spa. The spa is heated on demand, via the spa side remote and we set the spa to a max temp of 102.

Pool heat is not offered in June, July, and August as the pool is already plenty warm.

Barefoot Bungalow – Pool Heat

Barefoot Bungalow has an electric, heat pump pool heater. It may struggle to effectively heat the pool in December and January, or anytime the low temps are below 50 degrees.

Beach & Bunkers – Pool & Spa Heat

Beach & Bunkers has a propane heater for the pool and the spa. The pool must be switched into spa mode via the spa side remote for the spa to be heated.

Beachwalk Cottage has an electric, heat pump pool heater. It may struggle to effectively heat the pool in December and January, or anytime the low temps are below 50 degrees.
