Upon entering you will be awestruck by the beauty of this tastefully decorated, upscale coastal home. Alluring hardwood floors run throughout the main common areas. 12+ foot ceilings span throughout the majority of the home as well with many rooms having vaulted ceilings, decorative beams, & tongue & groove ceilings. Rooms are spacious and inviting with numerous places to curl up with a book or chat with family and friends. From the front door, the den features 2 sofas (1 being a sleeper sofa), built in wooden bookshelves and desk along with a large wall-mounted TV. To the left of the foyer is a cozy sitting area with 2 sofas and 2 chairs. Continuing on to the left of the home is the grand living room, dining area, kitchen and kitchen nook. You may stop in place as you enter while taking in all the beauty of this space.
Home cooked meals will be a joy at Southern Charm. The kitchen offers double ovens, a gas stove, a large pantry along with convenient access to an outdoor, covered grilling deck. Granite counters top the kitchen, bartop and built in desk. The kitchen opens up to the sunlit nook area offering a table with 7 chairs. Just off the kitchen is the expansive living and dining room with walls of windows and views of the private backyard and pool. The main living room features 2 sofas, 2 chairs, large wall mounted TV and a wet bar. By the bay of windows is the formal dining table with seating for 8 and access to the raised pool deck.
The primary suite and first of several guest bedrooms is located on the right side of the home. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, TV and a large private bathroom with double sinks, a toilet closet, bathtub and separate shower. The right side guest bedroom offers a king size bed, TV and hallway bathroom just outside the bedroom door with a single sink and tub shower. The remaining guest rooms are located on the left side of the house over the 2 car garage. The next two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and pool views and the other with two twin beds, are side by side off a shared landing both with TVs and private bathrooms featuring single sinks and tub showers. One final sleeping room is a loft just a few steps up from the shared landing. In this space is 2 twin beds, pool views and a walk-in closet. Although this room does not have a private bathroom, guests can use one of the guest bathrooms across the landing or the half bath at the bottom of the stairs (approx 6-8 steps down)
Heading back down the stairs from the 2nd level guest bedrooms is the laundry room with a side by side washer & dryer and a half bath, which also has an exterior door to the raised pool deck and outside shower.
The backyard at Southern Charm is the perfect location for outdoor entertaining, from the lush, private landscaping, grass area just off the pool deck, raised wooden deck and large 12ft x 31ft pool. The pool can be heated (propane gas) for an additional charge (please inquire for pricing). Southern Charm is only quarter mile, approximately, to the private beach within Sea Pines. Whether you prefer to bike or walk to the beach, you are only a short distance to your much needed beach therapy.

Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property.
