Welcome to "Island Time," a captivating short-term rental in the heart of Sea Pines. As you arrive, the ranch greets you with a spacious driveway on a tranquil street. Step through the front door into the living room, where high vaulted ceilings, a white brick fireplace, and upscale decor create an inviting ambiance. The large TV, ample seating, and a glass sliding door beckon you to the luxurious backyard. Move seamlessly to the dining room and well-equipped kitchen with bench-style seating and barstools, perfect for family gatherings. The gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher cater to every culinary need. Adjacent to the kitchen, the screened-in porch provides an ideal retreat with cozy seating.

Discover four bedrooms off the kitchen and dining area. The primary suite, to the right, features a king bed, large TV, beautiful accent wall, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious glass shower. Two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, with one boasting a bunk bed and the other a queen bed, each with its own TV and outdoor access. Around the corner from the kitchen, a den with a sleeper sofa and a laundry room leads to the fourth bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, TV, and an adjoining bathroom with a standing glass shower.

The true oasis lies in the backyard, surrounded by tropical foliage and a lush lawn. The patio offers an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and seating around a solo stove, perfect for evening gatherings. Where is Island Time located?

Island Time is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (1.9 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (0.5 miles to the nearest beach path, 0.7 miles to Beach Club), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (2.7 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (2.2 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Island Time upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Island Time.

Note: Pool & Spa can be heated for an additional fee. Spa can be heated individually as well. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The heater for Island Time is propane.

Payment and Cancellation Terms: 50% due at signing, balance due 60 days before arrival. Reservation is fully refundable 61 days before arrival.  Non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
