Welcome to Beachwalk Cottage, your ultimate coastal retreat for a memorable short-term getaway! Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, this charming abode offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

As you approach, you'll notice the convenience of a spacious carport and ample parking for you and your guests. The front yard reveals a tropical paradise, with a private pool. Measuring approximately 25x14 feet, the pool boasts a generous sun ledge, ideal for kids' play or simply dipping your toes. Lounge chairs for sunbathing, a dining table, and a grill complete the poolside experience. Just steps away, a beach path awaits, guiding you to the sandy shores in a mere 2 minutes.

Step inside, and the lower level welcomes you with a foyer designed to accommodate beach toys and sandy shoes. Guest bedroom 4, featuring a king bed, smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, provides a comfortable haven. The living room on this floor features a queen sleeper sofa, a large smart TV, a refrigerator, and a dining or game table.

Ascend the stairs to the upper level, where the heart of the home unfolds in the great room. A central Savannah brick fireplace captures your attention, surrounded by coastal farmhouse decor that exudes upscale charm. The open layout seamlessly connects the great room to the dining room, featuring a farmhouse table with black ladder-back seats for 8. Adjacent to the table, the kitchen bar accommodates an additional 2 barstools. The fully equipped kitchen, upgraded with new quartz countertops in the spring of 2023, includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

Step onto the expansive screened porch just off the great room, where a loveseat, chairs, and a dining table that seats 6 invite you to enjoy moments of leisure overlooking the private pool.

Where is Beachwalk Cottage located?

Beachwalk Cottage is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (2.3 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (2 minute walk away), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (4 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.4 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Beachwalk Cottage upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us.  Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Beachwalk Cottage.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Beachwalk Cottage is electric.
