The nickname "Hideaway" is the perfect description for this Sea Pines home due to the privacy afforded by its end-lot location.  Enjoy a dip in the private plunge pool, or lunch on the outside patio among the tropical side-yard setting. Upon entering the home, you will immediately notice the attention to detail. Hideaway offers a blend of comfort and quality, the perfect setting to rest & recharge during your island vacation. 

The guest bedroom is located on the left of the foyer and features two twin beds that can be converted to a king, built in window bench, beautiful wood panel walls & TV. Access the full guest bathroom with shower/bathtub combination from the bedroom or hallway.  Just past the guest bedroom along the left side of the home is the master bedroom. The beautiful high, wood panel ceiling will immediately capture your attention.  The master bedroom features a king size bed, sliding door to the back patio, TV and an attached bathroom with double sinks and a tile shower.  

Located at the front, right side of the house is the laundry room offering a side by side washer and dryer followed by a small sitting area off the kitchen with access to the pool deck. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances & gas stove opens to the small sitting room on one side and the dining & living areas on the opposite, along with views of the backyard and pool. Guests can enjoy cocktails or conversations with the chef while lounging in the sitting area or at the kitchen bar. Plan to relax a while for after-dinner conversations while sitting in one of the 4 oversized, fabric cushion dining chairs. Open to the dining area at the back of the home is the main living area featuring vaulted ceilings. There are two steps down to this spacious living area from the dining area and offers a cozy sectional sofa with king sleeper and access to the back patio. LVP floors span the entire home, with the exception of the tile bathroom floors.  

The dark bottom pool located amongst the privacy of the right side yard measures 22 ft by 8 ft and can be heated for an additional charge. Corner stairs and bench span the shallow end of the pool along with corner benches on both sides of the deep end.  

Hideaway is top-notch and ideal for 4 guests (or 6 if using the king sleeper sofa) seeking a beach escape.  Whether you are looking to comfortably relax at your rental home, soak up the sun at the beach, enjoy a day of water sports from Harbour Town Marina, or explore the local trails within the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, this home is centrally located near all.

Where is Hideaway located?

Hideaway is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities (Hideaway is in a private community called Lawton Woods), a forest preserve, horse stables (0.9 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (0.7 miles to the nearest beach path - the perfect bike ride), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (2.3 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.8 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Hideaway upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community.  Gate passes are required for entrance.  Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 2 vehicles at Hideaway.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Hideaway is electric.

Note: The first pet is subject to a pet fee of $50 per night (up to $350 max), plus tax. You may bring an additional pet for $15 per night (up to $100 max), plus tax.  More than two pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; please contact us before booking.
